We are excited to have spring here at Carbon High School. Many of our students are taking advantage of the great weather and riding skateboards, scooters, etc. to school. Although we are glad to see our students using alternative modes of transportation, we do not want to have that traffic in the school. All scooters, skateboards, or the like must be checked in at the office at the beginning of school and stored there during the day. Students can pick them up and use them at lunch and return them to the office until after school. The office has a secure rack to store these safely. Scooters, skateboards, etc. are not allowed in the classrooms. Thanks!

We are excited to announce that Carbon High School 2021 Graduation will be held at the Carbon High School football field on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Feedback from seniors overwhelmingly indicated a desire to be with their class/friends and have their family there as well. The football field provides the best chance to have the full senior class together and to include more family and friends in celebrating this important day. Each student will receive 7 tickets for guests. In order to “walk” at graduation and receive those tickets, seniors will need to fill out a check-out sheet for grades, work off any U’s (citizenship), and pay all school fees in the Main Office. This is a formal event, however, we ask that high heels (with skinny heel tips that could puncture the track or sink into the field) NOT be worn in order to protect the participants and the track/field. More detailed information will follow.
