Starting tomorrow through December 15 Student government is putting on a food drive. It will be a competition between grade levels. There will be boxes in the library for each grade and a sign in the stating what types of food you can donate. The grade with the most amount of food donated will earn a prize!

FCCLA is sponsoring an Angel Tree this year. There is 1 gift per Angel, most are around $10 in value. The tree is in Mrs. Cox's room. The gifts need to be returned by December 10th, with the Angel attached. (wrapped or unwrapped) Also accepting cash donations, to purchase anything we are still in need of.
Parking INFORMATION
MH parents. We once again need to change our parking procedure.
Starting Monday, December 6th the bottom parking lot (East) will be CLOSED. You will not be able to park or drop off in this parking lot. For student drop-off and pick up please continue to use the bus circle. (East side of the building).
There will be very limited visitor parking in the top parking lot (West) by the office. This parking is only available from 8:15am to 2:45pm on Tuesday-Friday and from 8:15am to 11:30am on Monday. This is where the busses are currently loading and unloading, so parking is only available while they are not running.
If you need to park during bussing hours, or the top parking is full, you will need to park in the East parking lot on the East side of the football field and walk to the building.

The school secretary serves as the face of the school, greeting students and parents and providing them with information. Secretaries schedule appointments, answer phones and give administrative support to teachers and school officials. They help maintain records on students. They are usually the first line of communication when parents call or visit a school. School secretaries order and inventory supplies and verify information in notes from doctors and parents. Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Administration; communicating information to students, parents, staff, and/or other districts; ensuring compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and supporting the broad array of services provided to students, parents, instructional and support employees. MHMS: This is a reminder about parent/teacher conferences on Monday November, 22nd. 4pm-6pm will be in-person. 6pm-7pm will be virtual via phone calls or emails.
MH Parents. We would like to apologize for all of the confusion with parking and student drop-off. We understand it is very frustrating. Please know that we are working with Price City on construction and traffic flow problems on 4th North.
Parents can assist us by pulling up through the bus circle for student drop-off as far as possible. You can drop off students at any spot in the bus circle. This will make drop off faster and not back up traffic. Thank you again for your patience.

**Important Information** Starting on Wednesday November 17 student DROP OFF and PICK UP will change. Students not riding a bus will need to be dropped off and picked in the bus loop on the East side of the building. Parents will turn into the “bus” entrance by the football field. They will then drive around the bus loop and drop off or pick up their students. Then they will continue north past the football field and exit north east of the school on 100 East. Please follow signs. Thank you for being patient through all of our construction.
Carbon School District is seeking applications for a part time Sweeper at Mont Harmon Middle School in Price, Utah. Will work approximately 29 hours per week. Help with the operation, upkeep and cleaning of the assigned school building and grounds. Keep the building comfortable, safe and clear for all times the building is scheduled for use. Custodial duties include cleaning walls, windows, furniture, floors (carpet & tile), and cleaning restrooms. Stripping and waxing tile floors, refurbishing gym floors periodically. Other custodial duties as assigned by head custodian including minor maintenance on the building and grounds. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting Monday November 1st we will be starting the next phase of our parking lot construction. This phase will go from the North end of the football field to the bus entrance. This will close down the regular bus loop, and move buses to the West parking lot. There will only be a few spots open for visitors ONLY. All other parking will be in the bottom parking lot (East), legal spots on the street, in the far East parking lot across the football field, or at the District Office.
ALL student pickup and drop off will be at the bottom (East) parking.

We will be having Halloween activities tomorrow (Friday)from 1:10-3:10. Activities include, cake decorating contest, school dance, movies, and games. Students are welcome to wear costumes, but costumes just follow dress code. Face masks and weapons of any kind are NOT allowed. If parents visit or volunteer they must follow the same rules.

Regular morning practice 105lbs and below.
Afternoon practice 3:30 will be for wrestlers ABOVE 105lbs.

Girls basketball tryouts will be Monday Nov. 1st 1pm-3pm. Tuesday Nov. 2nd and Thursday Nov. 4th 3:30pm-5:30pm.
